Use the Timesheet Header to review key information about the current timesheet, sign the timesheet, and access related subtasks.
Most fields in the Timesheet Header are informational and cannot be edited.
| Field | Description |

| Sign | Click the Sign button to sign your timesheet. A confirmation message displays. |
| Request Time Off / New Planned Leave | Click this button to display the New Leave dialog box to submit a leave request or enter planned leave. If leave requests are required, the button name is Request Time Off. If leave requests are not required, the button name is New Planned Leave. The button may be hidden if Hide Leave Functions is selected in Timesheet Classes. |
| New | Click this button to display a new, blank timesheet form. |
| More | Click the More drop-down to access informational subtasks. Depending on configuration, these can include Advanced Charge Lookup, Leave, Pay Type Summary, Charge Favorites, Start/Stop Times, Work Schedule (read-only), Revision Audit, and Overtime Distribution. |
| Previous pay period | Click this arrow to display the timesheet for the previous pay period. This arrow displays only in Form view. |
| Next pay period | Click this arrow to display the timesheet for the next pay period. This arrow displays only in Form view. |
| View controls | Depending on configuration, you may be able to switch between Form view and Table view using icons on the toolbar. If switching views is not enabled, these icons do not display. |
| Query | If Form view is enabled, the Query icon may display on the toolbar. Click it to search for a timesheet record. |
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Displays your last name, first name, and middle initial, as submitted to your human resources department. |
| Employee Information Card | This pop-up screen is accessed from the Information icon that displays when you hover over the right side of the Employee field. It displays additional employee information, including the timesheet class to which the employee is assigned. |
