Using the Cloudshare and Learning Video+

Follow the steps below to get started:

Test your system on the CloudShare test page. CloudShare is the platform where you will access the training environment.
Follow the training environment instructions on the CloudShare access email.
Once you are on the training environment, click the desktop shortcut for Costpoint.
Log in using the following credentials:

Username: CPADMIN | Password: learning | (Do not enter anything in the System field)

Note: If you need to pause the environment, you can use the Suspend Environment button. Simply log back in whenever you’re ready.

Your training environment access is good for 8 hours over 5 calendar days. You should see the remaining runtime in the upper-left area. Your time will automatically stop after 15 minutes of inactivity.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to log out of Cloudshare after every session.

Try It Yourself

The instructor will demonstrate the steps you need to perform in the Activity Guide. After each demo, you can pause the video and follow the activity on the training environment.

It is recommended that you either print the Activity Guide or project it on a secondary monitor while doing the activities on the training environment.
