The latest system enhancements offer a range of benefits for improved efficiency and accuracy in various business processes. One significant advancement involves the automation of invoice entry, leveraging Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) to scan invoices. This not only saves time but also minimizes the likelihood of errors in the invoice entry process.
Furthermore, there are enhancements in the visibility of Accounts Payable (AP) details. Users can now access AP invoices, view attachments, and review and edit distribution details directly within the Job Cost Detail Report. Enhanced Accounts Payable report displays enable users to identify the specifics of where and how payments were made. Additionally, 24.1 allows the regeneration of Payment transmittals (stubs).
With the emphasis on enhanced data visibility, the introduction of the Direct Deposit Rate Report facilitates the confirmation of accuracy in employee payments. Users can also easily identify payroll periods directly from the payroll register header, contributing to a more efficient payroll process and availability of lookback information.
