Prerequisites
- An active account with appropriate export permissions
- Data or records to export (existing entries or selections)

- Access to the export interface and export format options
- Knowledge of the required export format for your destination system
How to Open
Go to Time & Expense > Utilities > Export. The export interface appears.
Steps
- Navigate to the export interface in the Time & Expense menu.
- Identify and select the items or data you want to export.
- Choose the export format or file type appropriate for your destination.
- Specify any filters or selection criteria needed.
- Click Export to begin the export process.
- Wait for the system to complete the export and display results.
- Verify the exported file exists in the destination location.
