Deltek Vantagepoint Upgrade Resources

THIS CONTENT IS MOVING!

We're excited to announce that all learning content is moving to the new Deltek Learning Hub (DLH)—your one-stop destination for easier access to all learning resources.

To get started, visit learning.deltek.com and either:

  • Log out and back in if you already have a DLH account, or
  • Click Register to create one and complete the process via the confirmation email

Once logged in to the DLH, you will have access to the Vision to Vantagepoint Readiness Portal, which contains everything you need to know about upgrading to Vantagepoint.

Be sure to click the eye icon to add content to your Watch List and receive notifications about updates or changes.

Once your upgrade to Vantagepoint is complete, you can access all Vantagepoint learning content in the DLH.




Preview Environments For Cloud Customers

Request a Preview Environment

Request a Vantagepoint preview environment to support your testing and readiness. You will have access to the preview environment until 60 days after your upgrade to Vantagepoint.

To request a preview, your administrator can go to the Deltek Support Center and the Cloud Solutions page. Select “Vantagepoint Preview Environment Request” and click Submit. The Deltek team will be in contact with you to help you access your preview environment.

Note: Your preview environment will be upgraded with each new release of Vantagepoint.

Request a Preview Refresh

If you want to test changes you made in preparation for your upgrade, you can request a preview refresh. Please note that you are limited to two refreshes. The Deltek Cloud team will upload a new copy of your product database and overwrite the existing preview environment completely.

To request a preview, your administrator can go to the Deltek Support Center and the Cloud Solutions page. Select “Database Refresh” and “Refresh preview from a copy of production” and click Submit. The Deltek team will be in contact when the refresh is complete.




Preview Environments For On-Premises Customers

Deploy a Separate Test Server

To create a preview environment on a separate server, access the Vantagepoint On-Premises Request in the Vantagepoint Readiness Portal. Your administrator will need to agree to the updated terms and conditions and then will gain access to the Vantagepoint installer to set up your test environment.

Request a Deltek Hosted Cloud Preview for 90 Days

You can have Deltek host a Vantagepoint Preview for your company for 90 days. Your administrator can request the cloud preview through the Vantagepoint On-Premises Preview Request and then you will upload a copy of your database.

Note: There are no preview refreshes for the 90-day preview environments.
