Schedule Upgrade for Cloud Customers
Once you have completed testing and executed your pre-upgrade tasks, your administrator can schedule your upgrade by selecting from the upgrade dates below.
You must select your upgrade window at least 3 weeks before the upgrade date.
If you haven’t already, once you select an upgrade date, your 6 months of unlimited support will be activated.

Please note that any date with an asterisk are Thursday to Friday upgrade windows.
Select Your Upgrade Date
Your administrator can go to the Deltek Support Center and the Cloud Solutions page to select your upgrade date. Choose “Select My Upgrade Window” and choose the correct date from the drop down. The Deltek team will be in contact to confirm and with more details before your upgrade.
Schedule Upgrade For On-Premises Customers
Once you have completed testing and executed your pre-upgrade tasks, your administrator should schedule your upgrade and notify your internal teams of the impact and timeline.
Opt In to 6 Months of Unlimited Support
If you are a standard care customer, you should opt into your 6 months of unlimited support close to your upgrade date to ensure you have the support you need during and after your upgrade. You can contact your Deltek representative for more details.

As an on-premises company, your administrator will manage your upgrade date and while you do not need to opt into a date, please note the tentative dates for the latest releases of Vantagepoint to help with your planning.
