Access to the collaboration tool Invision
The Customer Assistance Program (CAP) supports customers who are planning to upgrade from Vision to Vantagepoint. CAP lasts for four weeks and provides all the necessary guidance to ensure a successful upgrade to Vantagepoint. There is no cost associated with CAP and there are no limits to participants that can join from your company.

What is the Readiness Portal?
The Vantagepoint Readiness Portal is filled with content that highlights what's new and improved in Vantagepoint. As a Vision user, this portal is created specifically for you to help you understand how to best prepare for your upgrade, learn about new features and enhancements and see what has changed between Vision and Vantagepoint.
How To Access The Readiness Portal?
The Readiness Portal is available to all Vision customers. If you have already created a login to the Deltek Learning Hub, you can log in to view the Vision to Vantagepoint Readiness Portal
To get started, visit this link to the Deltek Learning Hub (DLH) and either:
- Log out and back in if you already have a DLH account, or
- Click Register to create an account and complete the process via the confirmation email
Once logged in to the DLH, you will have access to the Vision to Vantagepoint Readiness Portal, which contains everything you need to know about upgrading to Vantagepoint.
Be sure to click the eye icon to add content to your Watch List and receive notifications about updates or changes.
Once your upgrade to Vantagepoint is complete, you can access all Vantagepoint learning content in the DLH.

With each new release of the Deltek Vantagepoint product, Deltek University produces an accompanying guide that covers the new features and enhancements of the release.
